Character Sheet and minor updates

Minor updates to make some corrections I missed before uploading. 

- The conditions page had a weird tracking issue in the first sentence, that made it look jumbled. 

- Took out a line about "bolstering defenses" in the Stamina section, since I ultimately did away with how that would work. 

- Added clarity to how GMs run the Breakers on page 37

Also added a fillable character sheet. I'm not a graphic designer, we'll make something better in the future, I promise
